No real surprise there - I was born on the 3rd day of the month, and somehow it’s always felt... easy. Memorable. Meaningful.
Much easier than remembering 7 things, or even 5!
I've realised that women’s lives tend to fall into 3 distinct phases:
𝐕𝟏: Birth to Puberty
𝐕𝟐: Puberty to Menopause
𝐕𝟑: Beyond Menopause
Most of the attention goes to the first two. But V3 — often the longest chapter, is rarely discussed, let alone planned for.
It's during this phase that the cracks start to show...
Fatigue. Fog. Focus issues. The “old” strategies stop working, but no one tells you why.
